Why fit Balmair

Built around the callback you never get.

The margin in this trade is in the install, and the profit killer is the second visit. Everything below exists to keep you off the ladder twice.

Spares in 48 hours

Boards, fan motors, expansion and reversing valves, panels and remotes stocked in Britain from launch, with a ten year availability commitment published with the price list. If a customer is without cooling in August, you look good, not us.

An honest warranty

Unconditional cover with no documented-servicing trapdoor, so a claim is a claim, not an argument with your customer about a receipt from two summers ago.

Propane, handled properly

R290 hardware with the safety engineering designed in: leak sensing, sealed electrics and airflow response. A short branded training and accreditation course comes with the account, at no charge for founding partners.

Acoustic data you can defend

Sound pressure published at one, three and five metres, not just a lab power figure, so your MCS planning noise assessment starts from data instead of guesswork.

Qualified leads

Outside our crew cities, the consumer site sizes the room and runs the planning check before the enquiry reaches you. You get a lead with a floor area, a proposed siting and a capacity, not a phone number and good luck.

VAT structured correctly

Installed residential air conditioning that heats and cools is currently zero rated when sold as a single supply, and we provide the contract wording guidance to keep it that way. Worth twenty points against a box-shifter.

Trade accounts and careers

Two doors: trade accounts, and careers on the fleet.

Balmair will install with its own employed crews in launch cities. Everywhere else, certified installation companies buy through the trade programme: launch stock allocation, spares priority, free propane accreditation, and a direct line to the engineering team. And if you are an engineer rather than a company, the fleet is hiring: employed roles, above-market pay, and an academy that trains you on hardware designed to be the quietest propane split in its class.

Trade accounts: current F-gas company certification, product liability insurance, photographs of recent installs, and the willingness to tell us bluntly what is wrong with the product. Careers: F-gas qualified engineers and strong improvers; we train the rest at the academy.

Registration opens with the launch window. This prototype page collects nothing yet; the live version will carry the application form, the technical library, data sheets, propane handling guidance, stock and ordering, and warranty claims.

Fit the brand your customers ask for by name.

Founding partners shape the product and keep first call on launch stock in their territory.
